Level 1

The timeline of each level is flexible, but this unit was written with the intent of covering grade 1.  However, homeschooling is flexible so feel free to use each unit as you see fit.  Depending on the level of your child, you may be able to skip ahead into another level without starting right from level 1 or zoom through quickly for eager learners.  Just check first as each level is meant to be a building block off the previous level.

In my homeschool classroom I schedule 1 lesson per week.  Some projects make take 2-3 classes.  So approximately, 17 classes altogether.  


For eager learners, or older students, they could zoom through this at a must faster pace.

What to do when they finish?

Typing, typing, typing.  We spend the rest of our computer classes in the year focusing on learning how to type and continuing to play around and create in Google Docs.
